Have questions about how VOS works?

We’ve put together a list of frequently asked questions to help you understand how to schedule your lessons, what to expect from your classes, and how to make the most of your learning experience. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].

To cancel, you must do it through the booking system. Simply declining the calendar invite does not cancel your class—it only removes it from your personal calendar.

If you try to book a lesson that exceeds your plan’s monthly limit, the booking will be declined.

For example, if you’re on the Basic Plan (12 lessons/month), and your billing period runs from January 15 to February 14, once you’ve scheduled 12 lessons within that period, any additional class booked for dates before February 14 will be declined.

However, you’re welcome to book lessons for February 15 or later — those will count toward your next billing cycle, even if you book them early.

If you do not show up for a scheduled class and did not cancel in time, the session will be considered used and will be charged as normal.

Classes are held on Google Meet. You’ll receive a link by email once your class is confirmed.

Please send us a message as soon as possible at [email protected] and we’ll help you fix it.

Each session lasts 45 minutes with your teacher. Classes are scheduled on the hour (e.g., 9:00, 10:00) to align with the clock. After each lesson, there are a few minutes of buffer time so the teacher can share a brief summary of what was covered.

After each session, your teacher will send you a link to the class materials, including slides and notes used during the lesson.

Yes! You can cancel and rebook your class through the system, as long as you meet the time requirements.

You must cancel at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

You can book a class up to 1 hour before it starts.
